What you agree to when you buy from us, in plain English.

These terms cover your use of this website and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.
Who you have to be
You must be 21 or older to browse this site, buy from it, or receive a delivery from it. You confirm your age when you enter the site, and we verify it again before any order ships — see Shipping & Returns for how that works.
You also confirm that hemp-derived Delta-9 THC products can lawfully be shipped to your delivery address. We do not ship to every state, and the list changes. Where we know a state prohibits these products, checkout will refuse the order.
Misrepresenting your age or your delivery state to get around either check is a breach of these terms. We cancel those orders and we do not refund shipping on them.
What we sell
Hemp-derived beverages. Our THC products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, which is what makes them federally lawful under the 2018 Farm Bill. Our kava and magnolia bark drinks contain no THC and no alcohol.
These are not medicines. Nothing on this site is a health claim. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you take prescription medication or have a health condition, talk to your doctor before drinking any of it.
Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If you are subject to drug testing, do not drink our THC products.
Prices and orders
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax and shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order you have already placed.
We may refuse or cancel any order — including after it is confirmed — for reasons including a failed age check, a prohibited delivery address, a pricing or stock error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Your card is charged when the order is placed. All sales appear as LEGALLY HIGHEST LLC on your billing statement.
Accuracy
We try hard to describe our products accurately, including the lab results we publish on the certificates of analysis page. Cannabinoid content varies batch to batch within the tolerance printed on the label. Colours on your screen may differ from the can in your hand.
Your content
If you send us a review, photo or message, you give us permission to use it in our marketing without payment. You keep ownership of it. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to share.
Our content
Everything on this site — the words, the photography, the artwork, the logo and the product designs — belongs to LEGALLY HIGHEST LLC. You may not reuse it commercially without written permission.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit.
You agree to use our products responsibly and lawfully, and to keep them away from anyone under 21.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.
