Yes. These are psychoactive drinks. Most people describe it as social and clear-headed rather than heavy — closer to a couple of drinks than to an edible.

Opening a second one after twenty minutes because nothing is happening yet is how most bad nights in this category start.

It is a real dose, at the upper end of what hemp drinks come in. Every can is labeled as two 5mg servings for exactly that reason.

Half a can if you are new to this. A full can if you already know how you handle it.

Most people feel our iced tea seltzers at around twenty minutes. BOLT is built to arrive quicker. From there it usually runs a couple of hours, tapering after that.

Your body, your last meal and how fast you drink it all move those numbers. Nobody can give you an exact figure, and anyone who does is guessing.

That said, a large dose late at night can leave you groggy. Same advice as before — start low.

We would not. Combining THC and alcohol is unpredictable in a way neither one is on its own, and it is the fastest route to a bad night. Pick one.

No. Never drive or operate machinery after consuming.

Treat a THC drink exactly as you would treat alcohol. If you have had one, you are not driving. Sort out how you are getting home before you open the can.

Our THC products are made with hemp-derived Delta-9 THC and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, which is the federal threshold set by the 2018 Farm Bill.

State and local rules are a different matter and they vary a lot, so an address that we can ship to in one state may not be one we can ship to in another.

Chemically, nothing. Delta-9 THC is Delta-9 THC whichever plant it came out of.

The difference is legal, and it is about the plant rather than the molecule: hemp is defined by containing under 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, and products made from it sit under a different set of rules than products made from marijuana.

It may, and you should assume it will. Federally legal is not the same as undetectable — there is real THC in the can and it can produce a positive result.

If you are tested for work, for sport, or for any other reason at all, do not drink these.

Kava and magnolia bark have no cannabinoids in them, so there is no panel to run and nothing to publish.

Long Island Iced Tea Kava is 500mg of rapid-release noble kava in a drink that tastes like an actual Long Island. Magnolia Bark Lime Margarita is built around magnolia bark instead, 500mg a can, and drinks like a margarita-inspired seltzer.
