This explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Plain English, no filler.

What we collect

• Order details — name, billing and delivery address, email, phone, and what you bought.
• Age verification photos — a photo of you holding your ID, and photos of the front and back of it. Covered separately below because they deserve it.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never see them.
• Email address, if you join the club.
• Messages you send us through a form, by email, or by phone.
• Usage data — pages viewed, rough location from your IP, browser and device, through cookies and analytics.

Your ID photos

We ask for them for one reason: to confirm you are 21 or older, because we are legally required to. We do not use them for anything else. We do not sell them, share them for marketing, or run them through facial recognition. They are deleted once your order ships. If your order is cancelled, they are deleted when it is cancelled.

Why we collect it

To take and fulfil your order, to verify your age, to answer you when you get in touch, to send you email you asked for, to meet our legal obligations, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make the business run: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email platform, and our hosting and analytics providers. Each gets the minimum it needs. We also share information where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing email

You only get marketing email if you asked for it. Every message has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. Order and shipping emails are not marketing and you will keep getting those while an order is live.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, to remember that you passed the age check so you are not asked on every page, and to understand how the site is used. You can block them in your browser; the cart and the age check will stop working smoothly if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and business law requires. ID photos until the order ships or is cancelled. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and access to order data is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not keep what we do not need, which is the best protection there is.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop emailing you. Email [email protected] and we will action it. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult.

Children

This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
